The customer may also either (a) utilize its own modem and/or router, which must adhere to Start.ca standards, currently available [https://www.start.ca/services/modems]; or (b) purchase a modem and/or router from Start.ca. For larger homes, additional routers can be rented or purchased from Start.ca at $149/unit (not including taxes) or rented at $4/mo.

Internet access speeds may vary depending on location, usage within the home network, Internet traffic, applicable network management or server configurations.
