Regional Internet Outage Alert: (OUTAGE CLEARED 5PM) We’re aware of a regional internet outage that affected our internet customers in areas across Ontario, such as Toronto, London, St. Thomas, Kitchener, and Ottawa. The issue was been identified as a fibre cut, due to vandalism and is now repaired. If you are still offline, please try powering off your modem and router for a full two minutes, then powering them back on and you should be back up and running.
